Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations Excellence & Modernization,the Senior Transformation Expert will strengthen Legrand’s global manufacturing network by leading hands-on operational improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, capacity, and flow. This role works directly with production and cross-functional teams to apply lean manufacturing principles, modernize operations, and support manufacturing sites during periods of growth or operational stress—ensuring reliable delivery, efficient operations, and a safe working environment.
