Key Responsibilities

• Manage investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches

• Maintain and update shareholder registers and investor records

• Ensure accuracy of capital calls, distributions, and related calculations

• Act as the main point of contact for investors, ensuring high-quality service

• Handle complex investor queries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements and internal procedures

• Liaise with internal teams, custodians, auditors, and other stakeholders

• Support structures related to real estate and private equity funds, including SPVs

Profile

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Transfer Agent in Luxembourg (funds, ManCo, AIFM, or similar)

• Strong knowledge of transfer agency processes and investor servicing
