• Lead SMT fixture/tooling design for printing, reflow, wave solder and testing processes
• Conduct DFM, tolerance analysis and cost optimization
• Troubleshoot production issues (e.g. soldering defects, warpage, misalignment) and drive improvements
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, suppliers and customers on tooling solutions
• Standardize design guidelines, drawings and technical documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical / Automation / Mechatronics or related
• Strong experience in:

AutoCAD (must)

SolidWorks + UG/Creo/CATIA (at least one advanced)

Solid knowledge of:

• PCB/PCBA materials (FR4, aluminum, synthetic stone, etc.)
• IPC standards, DFM, tolerance and cost control

Proven ability to:

• Independently deliver full tooling projects
• Lead projects and support junior engineers
