Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Examiner III to join our growing title team. This role is ideal for an experienced title examiner who enjoys solving complex title issues, collaborating with internal teams, and mentoring others while continuing to grow professionally within the industry. The Examiner III is responsible for reviewing public records and legal documents to determine the legal condition of property titles, identify defects or encumbrances, and prepare accurate title products in accordance with company and industry standards.

Our team is also open to considering candidates who may be a little earlier in their examination career but have a strong foundation in title examination and are eager to continue developing their skills.
