THE ROLE The Senior Test & Validation Engineer is responsible for: Develop and implement test procedures for AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion systems. Perform functional, stress, and reliability testing across diverse operating conditions. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive product improvements. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience in testing power supplies or conversion systems. Strong knowledge of power electronics, test equipment, and measurement techniques.
