Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support IC product testing and characterization for mixed‑signal devices. The role involves developing test hardware and software solutions, supporting new product introduction (NPI), and ensuring accurate test validation and correlation. The candidate will work closely with product, reliability, and engineering teams to drive test development and failure analysis.
