Position Overview
Responsibilities - Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
- Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements
- Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
- Customer complaint management
- Uphold inventory integrity
- Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement
- Documentation of work instructions
- Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT)
- Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing
- Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Program Manager
