Key Responsibilities

• Tender Management: Assist in coordinating tenders for diverse projects including dredging, reclamation, port development, and infrastructure. This involves analysing project specifications, scope of work, and contractual requirements.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive construction sequences and bid strategies under the guidance of the Tender Manager. Attend pre‑tender meetings and site visits as required.
