We are looking for a
Senior Tender Engineer
in the
Power & Distribution Industry
to oversee the end-to-end tendering process for engineering projects. This role involves
analysing Requests for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/RFQ) , identifying and procuring cost-effective vendors during bid preparation, and ensuring the submission of competitive and compelling bids to
secure profitable contracts for the company . This role will ensure that the tender submissions offer the best value proposition and comply with internal and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Analyse Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ)
from customers to define the project parameters.
Collaborate with factories and vendors
to secure cost-effective proposal packages, providing technical guidance to prospective clients and consultants and ensuring equipment specifications align with customer requirements.
Ensure the use of approved data in the offer documentation
