Supporting the effective implementation of all maintenance routines and procedures while ensuring a high level of service delivery to tenants.
Maintaining proper inventory controls to achieve cost-effective operations and keeping an updated list of all third-party service and repair providers to ensure the building’s structures, systems, and equipment remain in good working condition at all times.
Contributing to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of energy‑saving and conservation strategies, as well as investigating and troubleshooting equipment failures before engaging external service providers.
Providing electrical‑related tasks, Air‑cond and technical support for fit‑out drawings and all other contracts, coordinating and supervising work carried out by external contractors, and monitoring external building areas such as wall structures, roofing, parking zones, and landscaped areas.
