Job Description

Senior Technician will be responsible for accurate and timely recording of data for in scope clients in their selected Policy Administration System (PAS). This involves the full lifecycle of the policy including EPI, written, priced loss ratios, Renewals and endorsements. The main focus is to ensure the timeliness, quality and consistency of data throughout the clients.

The Senior Technician will also be involved in the onboarding process of new clients where the level of Data Partnering Service ‘DPS’ will be agreed.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality control (second pair of eyes) of Policy Administration on behalf of in scope clients
• Original Slip entry both new and renewals
• Evidence of IELR and RARC
• Signing queries (where received)
• Additional entries (endorsements into IRIS)
• Review of EPI and written on facilities (existing policies maintenance)
