Prepare and revise detailed architectural drawings plans and specifications using BIM software
Collaborate with architects engineers and other team members to develop and refine design solutions
Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and project requirements
Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions
Assist in the preparation of project documentation including technical reports and presentations
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues during construction
Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and quality standards
Uses applications to scale and edit assignments involving computer-aided design and other graphics software (e.g. AutoCAD/Revit/Rhino) to achieve set results and deadlines.
Digitize or trace sketches/ concepts from designers to AutoCAD or Revit.
