What is the opportunity?

As a critical member of our enterprise technology team, you will support business‑critical applications such as Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Reporting, and Tax portfolios. You’ll work with vendor‑based software packages and the backend infrastructure that powers them, collaborating with Dev, QA, UAT, and enterprise TI teams to roll out software patches and adopt enterprise standards, ensuring stability and operational excellence.

What will you do?

• Install, maintain, administer, and update vendor‑provided software.
• Provide support for new and existing on‑prem and SaaS applications.
• Configure required changes in close collaboration with internal IT groups.
• Create support tickets with vendors and troubleshoot complex, escalated issues, recommending fixes to maintain application stability.
