Job Responsibilities
Assist Ji Be’s Support Team to provide support to vessels / remote offices related to QHSE modules for office/vessel users.
Ability to understand the client’s business requirements related to vessel QHSE Modules to provide outstanding support services to the clients and to develop better quality products.
Translation of business complexities or issues received to internal functional subgroups and vice versa.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing of non-identified and underlying root cause of the issues.
Manage user administration for Ji Be Internal access rights along with On-boarding of new client's user base.
