**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ You will install, upgrade, and maintain NI/Emerson Optimal Plus systems across customer production environments, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
+ You will perform system and network integration activities between NI/Emerson Optimal Plus platforms and customer infrastructure.
+ You will provide ongoing IT administration and maintenance support for hardware, operating systems, and databases, including troubleshooting complex technical issues.
+ You will partner closely with Application Engineers and cross‑functional teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently and responsively.
+ You will support mission‑critical operations for gold‑level customers, including new production site rollouts, while ensuring minimal disruption and high customer satisfaction.
