Hays Recruitment have partnered with Leicestershire County Council in the search for a Senior Technical Specialist with a strong knowledge of Unifiedms.
As the SME in the team, you will own and be responsible for the provision of maintenance, support, development and consultancy for specific technology stacks within the Unifiedms infrastructure to ensure that IT system services remain stable, reliable and resilient in a cost-effective manner.
Mentoring and guiding technical specialists and other technical staff is key as part of the knowledge-sharing ethos within the team.
You will also be expected to co-ordinate small teams of technicians to deliver new services and service improvements.
Your new role will involve

Own, support, install and implement IT infrastructure solutions related to Unifiedms and Corporate email delivery.
