Position Overview

                    This position is based in Clermont Ferrand, France A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Specialist, operating as part of the Technical Support Group (TSG) deployed at the contractor's facility in Clermont Ferrand, France.
 Providing technical support services and engineering reach back as per the service level agreement during associated long term planned depth and forward maintenance.The incumbent will provide Marshall technical representation by continuing the established direct relationship with the prime contractor (SIAe) associated stakeholders and the end user (French Air-Force). 
  Targets 
 Meeting response time KPI’s for technical queries. 
 Penalty review of tasks subject to penalty.
 Negotiate penalties based on available justification and supporting documentation.
 Submit agreed penalties to Cambridge based Commercial and Financial teams for review.
