Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Project Manager or IT Project Manager role
Strong background in software development is highly preferred— ability to participate in technical discussions, validate effort estimates, and communicate effectively with engineering teams
Proven experience in workload planning, capacity management, budget tracking, and prioritization across multiple concurrent initiatives
Strong roadmapping capabilities — able to build, maintain, and clearly communicate delivery roadmaps to technical teams and senior stakeholders
