The North America Stores GenAI Evaluation Media (GEM) team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to help shape the future of visual shopping experiences. We own Trust, Governance, Quality, and Generation of billions of visual assets that allow customers to visually evaluate a product and make informed purchase decision.

The Technical Program Manager will work with an organization of Software Development Managers, Applied Scientists, Product Managers, and Senior Engineers, and to the technical vision and execution of AI capabilities that inform and guide the customer’s shopping journey through visuals. You work with a multi-functional team of engineers, scientists, and product managers to solve complex technical problems that will enable us launch high quality and trustworthy visual assets at scale.
