Job Summary

Lead the Technical Department to ensure effective manpower deployment, maintenance, dry-docking planning, cost control, and safety management across all vessels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Department to coordinate technical operations and maintenance activities on board vessels
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to maintain all machinery on vessels, ensuring operational readiness
• Develop and execute dry-docking schedules and oversee technical repairs and maintenance during dry-docking
• Control and monitor vessel maintenance budgets to optimize costs and ensure financial accountability
• Manage overall safety protocols for vessels, including crew safety and ship condition compliance

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experiences as Technical Manager
• Diploma in Marine related or COC 1;
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skill.
