Shipyard / IC Engines Background -

Must have both technical marine expertise (shipyard operations, engines) and knowledge management capabilities (training, documentation, process optimization).
10 + years of experience in maritime engineering/ shipyard operations/, Defence yards and technical data management.
Proven track record of capturing, organizing, and deploying critical engineering knowledge to optimize vessel repair timelines, improve safety compliance, and upskill technical teams.
Expert in marine propulsion systems, diesel engines, and translating complex technical manuals into actionable workflows and Project Management.

Marine Engineering:
