The Senior Technical Manager / Deputy Technical Director is the operational head of the Technical Department, reporting directly to the Technical Director. The role is accountable for end-to-end technical delivery and asset performance across the full lifecycle of every solar PV system we deploy and operate. This is a department‑wide leadership role — not a single-function manager. The successful candidate will own five interconnected technical sections: Drawings & PE Engineering, Site Assessment & Drone Survey, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), System Activation, and Monitoring & Maintenance (proactive and reactive).
