Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to understand banking workflows, data flows, and operational processes
• Design and manage end-to-end business workflows to ensure seamless process execution
• Develop and enhance front-end user interactions to improve overall user experience
• Build and optimize backend processes and integrations for performance and scalability
• Define and maintain application architecture aligned with business and technical requirements
• Participate in development, configuration, and testing activities across banking business verticals
• Work with loan origination and core banking systems to support lending and servicing workflows
• Document technical configurations, system workflows, and integration points
