Position Overview
Overview We are seeking a highly competent Senior Technical Engineer Mechanical with strong experience in premium residential and high-rise developments to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical design review, authority compliance, and end-to-end coordination of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in full compliance with UAE regulations, international codes, and project specifications.
Responsibilities - Review and approve HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting shop drawings, design drawings, and material submissions.
- Perform detailed design calculations including cooling load, ventilation, pump head, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and static pressure analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with local UAE authority regulations and applicable international engineering standards.
