Roles & Responsibilities

. Lead and own end-to-end MES solution design using AspenTech APEM across project lifecycle

. Translate business, manufacturing, and quality requirements into robust functional and technical design (URS/FDS/DS)

. Design and configure complex manufacturing workflows, including weighing &dispensing, material tracking, and equipment management

. Define MES architecture aligned to ISA-95 and S88, including equipment models, process flows, and batch execution strategies

. Lead design and implementation of EBR / eMBR / GMBR lifecycle management within APEM

. Architect and govern system integrations between MES, DCS/PLC (DeltaV, PCS7), ERP (SAP),and enterprise systems

Technical Expertise

. Strong expertise in Aspen Production Execution Manager (APEM) for lifecycle management of GMBRs and eMBRs
