**QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Proven leadership experience in a BPO Healthcare set-up for 3 years and up.
+ Experience as a Senior Team Lead in a BPO set-up
+ Proven knowledge of ASA, CSAT, AHT
+ Bachelor’s degree required
