Engage with brokers, counterparties, shipowners, and charterers on operational aspects related to vessels and/or cargo. Identify potential challenges in advance and take proactive steps to resolve them, improving overall charter efficiency. Verify and monitor Freight, Hire, and Commission invoices and payments, coordinating closely with the Accounts department. Track and manage time bar deadlines to ensure adherence. Perform other related or ad hoc duties as assigned to support operational requirements.
