Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Manage 360 recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage
- Support fast-paced hiring demands across multiple roles and functions
- Source, screen, and engage candidates across East Asia markets, as well as globally
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and international stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates, insights, and hiring reports
