• Serve as a strategic Recruiter / talent advisor by partnering with hiring leaders; provide recommendations and talent insights using technical acumen, market knowledge, and network.
• Develop understanding of Johnson & Johnson's long- and short-term strategies, with a focus on growth drivers and the innovation pipeline.
• Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the TA community; demonstrate technical expertise and maintain strong external connections.
