Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialist roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies across multiple business functions.
- Drive data-informed decisions and act as a strategic partner to business leaders by developing key recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to measure effectiveness
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for critical and niche skill sets through proactive market mapping, networking, and relationship-building beyond active candidate pools
