Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including external partners, job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to supplement internal recruitment efforts as needed.
- Conduct meetings with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
