Our Infrastructure & Operations Team are responsible for providing reliable, secure, and scalable technical environments to support both Datacom and our customers across New Zealand. As a Senior Systems Engineer , you’ll take a leading role in implementing initiatives that enhance client operational standards, drive consistency in delivery, and ensure our technology environment remains robust and high performing. Working across Datacom’s corporate infrastructure, you’ll operate, maintain and improve systems software, hardware, and cloud services while providing technical support and mentorship to your peers.

Our offices are based in New Zealand and the team is hybrid with 2 days minimum in office and 3 days work from home.
We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!
