Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems administrator to join our client infrastructure team in Financial services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing support of mission-critical Windows-based systems and virtualization environments.
Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and maintain and support Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 environments in a highly available, regulated setting
- Manage and optimize VMware virtualization infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual machine lifecycle
- Administer core directory and authentication services including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
- Automate routine tasks, deployment, configuration, using PowerShell (or Python/C#)
- Troubleshoot complex operating system and application issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes
