WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Reporting to the Senior Manager, Active Directory Services, this role is responsible to assess, research, analyze business and technical security infrastructure requirements in order to support and resolve systems issues within the RBC supported Active Directory technology solution.
This role partners across T&O projects and technical teams, business partners and external vendors. Responsible for Application and technical system support within the Active Directory team with a goal of being recognized as a “best in class service provider and partner of choice for all stakeholder groups.
• Planning, Delivery & Execution - Ensure effective internal controls are executed by team. Own quality, quantity, and timeliness of team service delivery.
• Change Enablement - Partner with Senior Manager or Director to execute the overall change strategy for the team.
