Description and Requirements
The JobDocumentation Support: Prepare, update, and maintain technical documents, project inventory, operational manuals, and configuration checklists.Hardware Deployment: Assist with hardware installation, racking / stacking, cabling, and basic physical health checks in data centers or staging environments.Daily Operations: Support delivery teams with routine infrastructure monitoring, daily health checks, vendor management and basic log gathering for troubleshooting.Cross-Team Collaboration: Handle flexible ad-hoc infrastructure tasks assigned by both the Database / Middleware and Platform teams.Mobility: Willingness to travel to various client sites and data centers across Hong Kong.
