Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
Assess existing SAP operation processes and recommend improvements.
Provide support for difficult and complex system environments, assistance, and training to users.
Act as a trouble‑shooter, successfully identifying system inconsistencies and implementing optimum business solutions and process enhancements.
Participate in business analysis and technical design sessions with business and technical staff to develop requirement documents and ETL specifications.
Support business and operational needs such as audit and compliance, both internal and external.
Strengthen organizational capability and build downstream domain knowledge through facilitation of knowledge transfer sessions for employees.
Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
