About the Role

Ryt Bank is seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Senior System Administrator to lead, manage, and evolve our IT infrastructure and end‑user computing environment. This senior role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our systems while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure, Endpoint & Application Management:
  • Lead administration and optimization of macOS and Windows endpoints across the enterprise.
  • Oversee deployment automation, patch management, and systems hardening.
  • Manage and improve Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Oversee governance and administration of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
  • Evaluate and introduce tools and technologies to enhance scalability and reliability.
