Senior Surveyor Lead

Ledcor is seeking a dynamic Senior Surveyor Lead to drive surveying excellence on a major rail corridor project spanning the Oshawa–Whitby region. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the development and maintenance of the project’s survey control network, lead field survey operations, and provide critical support for complex structural construction activities. You’ll also mentor and guide junior survey crews, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high‑quality deliverables across the project. The Senior Surveyor will play a key coordination role between subcontractors, main construction partners, the client, and site superintendents to ensure alignment with project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
