Position Overview

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our Pembroke Resource’s Olive Downs Complex project in the Bowen Basin.

This autonomous project, located 40 kilometres southwest of Moranbah, began operations in early 2023. Thiess has secured a five-year contract to deliver comprehensive mining services, including mine planning, overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul (autonomous & manned), water management, rehabilitation, and infrastructure construction.

Working a 5/2 4/3 roster and reporting to the Technical Services Manager, your duties will include: 
Ensure that all necessary records are collated and filed in accordance with company policy, statutory and contractual requirements

Be responsible for delivering the total survey requirements of the project, including day-to-day survey pickups/setouts, monthly volume pick-ups, end-of-month reporting, and complying with statutory require...
