A Local Authority located South of England are currently looking for Residential Support Workers who are experienced working with adults.

The role involves shift patterns and sleep ins.

Key responsibilities include

• Supporting with daily routine
• Attending regular liaison meetings with appropriate partners/interested parties.
• Ensuring that all provision meets relevant and appropriate health and safety requirements.
• Having regard to safeguarding and promoting welfare of the adults
• Providing high quality care in a safe, stimulating environment
• Ensuring that all provision meets relevant and appropriate health and safety requirements.
• Working flexibly and to undertake shift work including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.
