BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer with a data driven background in support of Combat Mission Systems, based out of York, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time remote opportunity supported most efficiently with candidates based along the east coast.

In this role, the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer investigates, evaluates, and resolves supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends, and leading continuous improvement projects. The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) conducts capability assessments that verify supplier qualifications, travels (driving, flying) up to 50% to assigned suppliers, and leads multiple projects to completion.
