**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring supplier‑delivered hardware meets stringent performance and safety standards. You will support our Missiles and Fire Control campus in Camden, Arkansas.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and execute supplier quality plans and audits.
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non‑conformances.
+ Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure compliance with missile system requirements.
+ Drive continuous improvement of supplier processes and performance metrics.
