Lead, direct and/or assist with organizing and prioritizing work group activities, assigning and/or scheduling work duties to meet required completion dates.

Work with other departments on cross-functional technical and business teams, working groups or committees to achieve goals and objectives of the department and company.

Oversee and coordinate multiple engineering projects, programs or initiatives from inception to completion

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety policies and industry best practices.

Responsible for successful completion of field engineering work (i.e., customer related work, maintenance work, and project work) including preparation of estimates, business policy applications, planning and design, customer contact, allocation and control of resources and construction.
