Position Overview
Summary
The Customer Service, Senior Supervisor has direct reporting for the Customer Service Representatives (GG9) and/or Senior Customer Service Specialists (GG10). The role is fully responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the team, training of team members, internal processes, and the quality of service delivered. The Senior Supervisor also manages performance, development, engagement and key initiatives for the team.
Work Flexibility
- Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.
- Field‑based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities with a set travel boundary.
- Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility.
- Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
