SMRT Buses Ltd, a subsidiary of SMRT Corporation, is one of Singapore’s major public bus operators.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of up to 500 Bus Captains
• Ensure circulars and SOPs/Work instructions are circulated to ground staff timely
• Ensure attendance and HR matters are updated timely and accurately in the relevant systems
• Ensure the Bus Captains’ leave quota for the Depot are adhered to

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
