Your mission is to oversee the clinical support and services workflows, to provide customers the best clinical education and help them to become experts on Invisalign technique and increase their clinical confidence. In this role, you will… Oversee a team of Clinical Specialists whose role is to drive growth and build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s clinical protocols and ClinCheck software program as well as clinical troubleshooting. Provide direct supervision and mentorship to direct reports in relation to performance, workflows, duties, day-to-day activities, and tasks to achieve agreed targets. Plan onboarding and training of new hires within the region’s organization Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback, coaching and personal development.
