Position Overview
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS - Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- Minimum 510 years experience in sugarcane farming, with at least 3 years in a senior/management role
- Strong knowledge of sugarcane production systems in KwaZulu-Natal
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with budgeting, planning, and cost control
- Proficiency in isiZulu
- Valid drivers licence
