**Description**

The Senior Structural Engineer will lead structural design project teams to create world class designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments on a variety of projects in the Utility & Energy sub-market of Mission Critical. The Senior Structural Engineer will lead the structural project team throughout the design and construction process, adapting structural plans according to budget constraints, design factors or client needs.



+ Lead the structural engineers and designers in the Utility & Energy group for staffing and execution of projects.

+ Maintain the client structural standards and client preference knowledge in order to successfully review and execute substation projects.

+ Lead structural design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion and construction support for project needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers.
