A Snapshot of Your Day

You start your day with a weekly check-in meeting with your Benchmarking team. You are leading the whole project – as part of this check-in, you discuss last week’s achievements and the upcoming key activities / challenges. Before team lunch, you have are working with one of your Benchmarking team members on an analysis on the competitor portfolio. After lunch, you present the status of the project to the business area management team and the responsible board member. After a short coffee chat with Grid Technologies’ head of portfolio management, you travel to the Power Transformer factory in Nuremberg to meet the factory head. He has requested support from...
