Abut the role:

Leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide category management and sourcing strategies using the Fed Ex sourcing methodology, focused on the Contingent Labor category (contractors, consultants, temporary staff, freelancers, staffing agencies, and external talent providers). Proven experience managing sourcing strategies within a Global Vendor Management System (VMS), leading supplier negotiations, conducting market analysis, driving total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements, and partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders
